FUDOSHIN - 'Unbreakable Spirit'
Fudoshin is a martial arts club located in Ranui, West Auckland, New Zealand.
We believe it is important for people to have a balanced approach to their martial arts, so we help people grow through training to developing the body, mind and spirit.
We teach Kempo, (hand to hand fighting), Self Defence and Kobudo, (weaponry).
Our system has been developed from experience in many different styles of martial arts (Bujutsu), with our main aim being to have an effective and dynamic style of Kempo that can better deal with the reality of modern day self defence in both unarmed and armed
situations, as well as against multiple attackers.
We also believe it is important to teach the morals and ethical behaviour that should go with martial art skills as well as the history and traditions behind Kempo.
We teach out of our own private fully equipped studio utilising the latest in equipment and training methodology.
We also have qualified Counsellors with Degrees in Social Practices who will provide support and help with any issues or problems associated with troubled youth and inappropriate or antisocial behaviour, including bullying, anger, mental health
issues such as drug and alcohol misuse, and sex abuse. We can work with schools, families and individuals.
